Huge Inventory of LCD Projector Rentals

RAC carries a huge inventory of LCD projector rentals in a wide range of makes and sizes:

• For dinner meetings or small gatherings, consider renting a 2000-2600 lumen video projector (lumens are a measurement of brightness; the more lumens, the brighter).

• To project a large image at a sales meeting, a 2600-4000 lumen video projector is appropriate.

• For a general session, consider a high lumen (5000 lumen or above) projector rental.

When renting an LCD projector, consider these important factors

• Ambient Lighting: affects the quality and brightness of the image. In a darkened room, most LCD projector images are sharp and crisp. However, if you’re projecting onto a surface where outside daylight or overhead fluorescent lighting will splash upon the surface, a higher lumen projector rental may be appropriate.

• Size of the screen and Throw Distance (from projector to screen). The actual size of the projection screen, and the distance you have to work with from the projector lens to the screen will also affect the type and size of  projector that you rent.
